Horizon Christian School
Horizon Christian School is a non-denominational, biblically based Christian School that teaches for academic excellence while developing in students a Christian perspective of the world and encouraging a lifetime of service to Jesus Christ. We believe that the message of the gospel is the cross of Christ: His death, burial and resurrection, and that Christ is the fullness of the Godhead bodily and has preeminence over all things. All teaching falls in subjection to the Word of God and the person of Christ.
Our mission is to provide an education for children that is founded on the truths of God’s Word and that enables children to grow in the knowledge of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will fulfill this mission by maintaining an institution where students may obtain a quality education based on a Christian worldview and presented in an environment where Christian living is taught and practiced.HCS opened its doors as a Preschool through 6th grade school in 1998. The junior high began in 2000 and high school in 2005.
